AI & Car design
Hi,
So here's something I've been playing with, some of you (if your fan of Google apps) may have come across AI Gemini. As a chat bot it's
quite remarkable in it's quality of speech, Alexa sounds really bad now in comparison. However it also has a AI image generator and like a lot of
these, you tell it some random nonsense and no matter how stupid it is, incredibly it does a realistic picture of it. This got me thinking, could this
do good custom car renderings, even for customs that have never existed. Could it invent body kits or paint work on any car model? Obvious I picked a
car no one could be bothered customising to test it. I think it's amazing tbh, what do you think?
What fascinates me the most is it's not just a flat slapped on alteration but seems to actually understand the curves and shapes of the panels.
Am I temped to put flames on my Leaf hmm maybe if I did them in vinyl and then blended that in with paint...
What the hell, how did it manage to integrate a hood on to a saloon, it's even inverted new tail lights to match!
Not a bad body kit, for starters anyway, certainly has a naff Batmobile look to it with that lighting :p
OMG I so want this 126!!! and look the flames, they flow over the contours perfectly, how does it know this????
I really need to stop looking a this picture... must resist the urge to check Gumtreeeee Think rust THINK RUST!!
Oh I might have to upscale this, print it as a poster and put it on my wall next to the tennis girl scratching her ass
Maybe not this one though... but its different
While testing the limits of stupidity, hmm not bad... Although there appears to be the planet Mondas in the sky too (you might be too young to get
that one)

Absolutely love that orange 126 - I had a Fiat 500 circa 1983 which I sprayed black then added flames - a magazine had a feature on doing it, turned
out ok. Then I saw a 126 locally that was done in the General Lee colours but with 1/2 written on the side
