Another channel that is worth watching is throttle stop garage, he's rebuilding a volvo amazon (122) with modern running gear, and making carbon fibre bodywork panels from scratch.
He also shows everything, including the fkups to help you not do the same, with the view that if he can do it, it'll help others as well.

This is one of the earliest episodes involving the carbon fibre panels, there are another 25ish going into making the doors, wings, bonnet, bootlid and using various techniques where needed.

The UK based hillclimb racer Simon McBeath wrote a very useful practical book on making composite moulds and components at home in your shed or garage for your racing car: ‘Competition Car Composites’ which was originally published by Haynes (can find the first edition which was published in 2000 secondhand on eBay and Amazon) and there was a revised 2nd Edition in 2016 which you can buy direct from the publishers Veloce as well as other on-line places: https://veloce.co.uk/store/Competition-Car-Composites-p135968718?srsltid=AfmBOorz4PsIqrym89TvWZczIUe2KHBrNjvPmhOCS5CfwL3Tr1Z_fXV9 />
