Ferrari was gorgeous but maybe too pricey to enjoy driving. and how cool was Chris Evans garage!

But where is Mr Evans going to park the Ferarri 250 GTO SWB that is currently undergoing restoration back in Maranello, by some of the artesians who actually built it in the first place !
If that Califonian drop head get its own wing off the garage, a 250 GTO SWB should have its own sately home.

Sorry if I've mislead anyone, that was not my intention.

I was merely trying to point out the panel fit around the bonnet to the front lights - I didn't even really look at the fit on the rest of the car - I was watching an archery target video on youtube at the sametime as watching TG at the same time as drawing a hot air baloon for my (2yo) son and it just really stood out to me when I spent a few seconds glancing at the TV.

I'm not mormally one to point out shortcomings (well, not anymore ), but I was just surprised is all...

Also, the GT roof not fitting - come on, it's probably never been on/up, so it's hardly surprising, and it was only the hook missing off Chris' side that stopped it being pulled taught anyway...

Also, I can see a car being worth £5.6m a damn sight quicker than I could see a painting be worth that amout...

And fair play to Chris for owning it and driving it and the rest of his Ferrari's. I'd be doing the Exact same thing as him if I had his money...

As for his garage, it's appeared on two or three motoring programmes now (actually, one might have been a lifestyle programme, as Billie Piper was lay down with him on that white leather couch, both looking at the last Ferrari that he had in pride of place before the GTO) and his garage has always been the one I've thought back to, but not bothered to post about when the stupid dream garages threads come up now and again...

He's a realistic bloke and only lives round the corner from the TG track and is often known to buy a few beers after lock in at his local...

Saw this last August in California while we were driving down the Big Sur, luckily we were sat admiring the views when I heard something nice in the distance and I managed to get a photo.

The music they played at the start of the M5 piece was 'Back To Business' by Pop Will Eat Itself, the opening track of their new album 'New Noise Designed By A Sadist'. I'm off to see them play tomorrow night in sunny Wolverhampton
