I think it's a Ginetta Junior...?
I'm sure the owner will correct me!

Close. It it is the G20 GTC prototype / homologation car. Same body shell as the junior. Sort of.

I'm running a Cosworth Borg Warner T5 but it required a 12mm adapter plate and belhousing mods. It does mate with standard flywheel and clutch though.

If i were doing it again i would use the off the shelf morgan bellhousing.

ECU wise if you are ditching the secondaries things are easy. I tried running sequential injection with a cam sensor but for some reason it just cannot handle it. Lots of head scratching. Running in alpha using crank sensor and tps on Emerald, mapped by Dave Walker. Goes like a stabbed rat.

I did not know the 3.0L had secondaries, i thought the had the oval ports?
At the moment I go for EDIS 6 + megasquirt, but that may change.
