It is a bit shocking, isn't it.

My first one had a downdraught weber on a custom made manifold which haf been lovingly crafted.

Unlike that one.

Having said that, the car is very tidy. It's just a shame that the original Star front bodywork is, not to put too fine a point on it, like it is.

Mine at least has the Leader front to take some of the bad look off it.

And still registered as a Vauxhall Viva. I thought there was an amnesty on early non SVA'd kit cars to get them properly registered.

There was indeed such an amnesty.

Mine was officially a Vauxhall Viva when I first got it a couple of years back.
Some fairly simple work with the DVLA had that sorted out and it is now officially a Sylva Leader.
No big deal in all honesty.
