MK Exhaust

Has anybody had the same issues, I trial fitted the MK Pinto exhaust at the weekend and found that the silencer box is not parallel with the body. The problem appears to be the small welded pipe that comes out of collector pipe which appears to be 8 degrees out of line. Does any one have any clever ideas of how I can rectify this. Any help appreciated. See attached photo. Cheers John Rescued attachment PICT0358.JPG

can you not rotate the link pipe?

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.

This problem has come up a few times. MK don't make the exhausts so they would have to send it off so it will take time. May be easier to go to an exhaust fabricator and get them to bend it a few more digrees.

the company that makes them is Tube Engineering Exhaust. They are hard to find but if you google for luego and exhaust you can find a page that describes the time they originally went bust. ( :-( )

mine was slightly out but not that bad. mine is held back with the mounting but yours looks

the worst part of my exaust was the pipe to manifold flange, it was crap spent a couple of hours with a dremel smoothing things out.

got me worried now as I never considered this would be a problem. I'll fit mine tonight and see what the situation is.
