All my own work
What do you think? Its made from iroko planks 100mm x 200mm in cross section and weighs over 100kg. Heavy, but not the full pinto. It should last a
while.

I like it, it's got a nice Ikea-esque minimalistic look to it

Smart51, very nice job mate, I like jungley woods, they have really wild grain. Where did you get the Iroko from in that size?

thats a Lovely job,
my council have started using iroko to stop the vandals destroying the softwood ones,
all 4x4 and 5x4 lasted two years so far on a street corner and still not got a mark on it,,
I'm to old to live and to young to die --- buggerit

Very nice but the rear support looks a little "unsupported" at the top... perhaps a little triangulation in the event of a rear impact
would help. Or extending the legs up a little.

Why? If you look carefully, you will find the fence behind it is part of the seat!!

Its joined using a variation on a mortice and tenon joint. I'd trust my weight on it.
