Minilite Centre Caps what am I doing wrong?

My Minilite cente caps don't seem to fit my minilite wheels!

I'm sure I must be being daft.

I ordered these; http://www.minispares.com/product/Classic/C-21A1908.aspx ; for the 66mm centre hole in my minilite 6x13 wheels. So should be the right ones.

I understand you push them through from behind the wheel, so I did this but they're pretty loose within the hole which can't be right. There's a couple of indents I thought should grip the inside of the hole but it's too small. The flange is big enough to prevent them going all the way through.

Is there shims or something else i'm missing? It just seems a bit weird. Go on embarrass me with what i'm doing wrong!

Usually a decent fit but you could use some black insulation tape to improve the fit

is this with the wheels loose, or are they fitted to the hubs? (which may clamp the centre caps in place.)

Aha it is with the wheel loose, they were still quite loose but perhaps it is enough for them to clamped into place with the wheel on. Cheers to both of you!
