Brake M/C Servicing Kit

Following on from my recent M/C posts, does anyone know if the 22.2mm bore Sierra M/C servicing kits are suitable for all the M/Cs?

AFAIK there are 2 main types of 22-type M/Cs, mine is the cast type and looking at all the pictures I can see for the seal kits they look like the same as the seals I have on mine. I can't believe that there would be many different ones for them so would it be worth the risk buying? Looking on eBay, there seems to be a few kits that will fit dozens of different sierra model M/Cs so I'm guessing they should be OK.

Anyone with any experience of these kits that could give me any pointers would be good

Thanks guys 'n gals

The fact is there are few types of repair kit because kits are not available for most Sierra master cylinders so unless you have the Girling cast type used on the earlier models ..........

IIRC the donor I got most of the stuff off was a 1986 Sierra Saloon.
