Stainless steel exhaust "S" bend
I'm in need of an "S" bend in stainless steel to mount my silencer, the pipe needs to be 63mm ID, dimension "X" is 30mm
and dimension "Y" is 180mm

Why not use a flexible if it is not visible outside the car?

I'd initially planned to use flexible pipe, but it will be visable from the outside and load bearing as I don't want to mount the silencer
front and rear.

You could try contacting OJZ engineering, they do a vast range of parts, and may even do you a special. Check out their web site, but DO NOT send them
an email as you will never get an answer, phone instead. HTH Ray

Chop a 90 degree bend, rotate the two halves and re-weld.

Wunoff sorted me out with this, not cheap at £60 (£35 for the work, £15 delivery and £10 vat), but it does the job nicely:
