Work bench
Hi All,
I have been so busy lately – working on my first Module for my Msc. I was away last week at Strathclyde for a week intensive school, had an exam too!
Was a long week and pleased to be back at work. LOL….
Not had much garage time (well, none actually) in the run up, 8 weeks prior to last week. But took Monday and Tuesday off work to crack on with the
work bench….. Will this garage ever get finished you ask?
It was a second hand kitchen and to be honest, not in great condition, so it was a bit of a bodge, but does the job. It is really sturdy. Going to use
floor boards to finish the work top. The rebuild will begin soon, thinking of starting weekend after next.

I would mount a fluroscent tube under the elevated cupboard to throw some light on the bench/vise. Maybe put a shelf between the cupboard and the wall
and put a light under that too.
Cheers

You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.

Good work - I too have our old kitchen re-cycled as a work bench/storage in the garage.
