Uk spec car tested in the motoring section of saturdays Telegraph"fresh out of extensive SVA tests" .Are toggle switches allowed? and the
steering wheel does not appear to have a deformable boss.

Think he means the squashable deformable section on the steering column

i thought the steering wheel had to be padded not like to one fitted.

Steering wheel does not nee to be padded as long as it has no holes in the spokes and has the correct rads..
is that pic the car in question?
if so that would fail on the wheel spinners the exhausts the filler cap and thats without looking to hard
