anyone got a "how to" guide for seat making?
I've been searching the interweb for a how to guide for seatmaking but can't find anything. Anybody got a link?
I'm thinking of proper padded leather/vinyl (a-la uncle Ron) type seats rather than grp or racing type seats.
Cheers guys!
Had enough of this dictatorship known as LCB. Gone elsewhere, not coming back. Kiss my ass ChrisW.

I remember seeing a post (I think it was on here) of a fella who made a nice looking seat by cutting and folding a single sheet of ali. I think he
foamed and upholstered it. Got to be a good locost way of doing it, certainly a lot less of a PITA than making up a mold and glassing one.
STOP PRESS!
Found it -

Wouldn't be at all hard to do his with rivets instead of welding, and I wouldn't go to quite the lengths to upholster it as he did,
impressive though it is.

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!
