Latest digital clock!
I have a deep-seated affection for amazingly clever but ultimately pointless methods for doing tasks that have been done far more simply in other ways
since time immemorial...
Or, to put it another way - I really like the cleverness and total stupidity of this clock!

This was made by a boffin rather than an experienced engineer. There's too much wasted movement. Once the arm is clear of the numbers, you
don't have to lift it further.
Pointlessly clever. The sort of thing a robot arm company would have in their reception. Perhaps he should try and sell a couple.

When it goes from 11.59 to 00.00 it will be 00.03 before it finishes
