Tight Arse

A bloke had been married for 60 years. whilst they were totally in love he had been tight all his life and always kept his money to himself. He had 5 sunbed shops in Manchester, never smoked, never drank, never holidayed and never built a kit car - he was absolutely loaded.

One day he was diagnosed with a fatal illness and 2 weeks to live. He could have some treatment privately to extend his life to 6 months but it would take all of his savings - he was too tight to do it. Devastated they made funeral arrangements. Top of his list was to have his cash buried with him. Being a good Christian she promised to carry out all of his wishes. If he wasnt around he didnt see why anyone else should have it.

The day came when he passed away and she was filled with great sadness. Coffin was placed in the house the day before. The wifes friends kept her company. Next morning she walked into the room with small metal box and placed it next to her husband and kissed him on the forehead. The Funeral Director the arrived and sealed the coffin in readiness for the locost burial.

Her friends were amazed. They quizzed her if she had obeyed his dyeing wishes - as they saw it, he was gone so how would he know. She simply said she was a devout Christian and depite having nothing she simply had to carry out her promise and his final wishes. Then she said she had transfered all of his money into her account and wrote him out a cheque - if he can cash it hes welcome to it.
