would the silvertop sump fit the blacktops?

Yes it does but on the silver top the windage tray is attached to the main bearing bolts .This means using it with no windage tray or changing the main bearing cap bolts for those from the silver top as well.

Yes, but you need to incoperate the silvertop windage tray, which needs the Silvertop main bearing bolts and some spacers making up.

thanks, where can i buy the main end bearing bolts from?

The spacers are 20mm from memory, I got flack to turn me some up.

The bolts are not stretch to yield so you could re use S/h ones or go to ford. you need four
