Been there, done that.

Intuit, the guys who make "Quickbooks" accounting packages have moved their tech support to India, last 3 times i called i ended up hanging up. Total waste of time, and we have to pay over £300 a year to access the number!! thats one renewal that wont be happening!!

im sure thats the person i was on the phone for an hour to at dell!

LMAO...I like that. Sounds like the support we were ringing a week ago when our net was down...
