Tyre Valve Cap Theft
T66 - 25/4/11 at 10:33 PM

Returned from 2 weeks in the sun late last night, car was parked in the secure car park.

Noticed today when parking the car that my front shiny metal valve cover was missing on the drivers wheel, checked the rest and - "Quelle Surprise" all four have been stolen.

The car park cannot be entered unless you pay £57 per week, 2 weeks is £119.70.

So just on the off chance the theiving turd reads this thread , the sad bastard who paid to park there and then crawled round my car to steal them, I replaced them for £2.50.

PS Just spent 2 weeks in Mexico, murder capital of the world, never saw anyone steal anything until I got home.

I hate the UK - Thanks for listening.

I hear ya, I once had someone steal metal caps off me. One at a time. Pound shop ones too!

I doubt the guy who nicked your valve caps had to pay to get in, he was being paid £3/hour to watch your car.

Actually that's a good point, who does the security? Might be worth going to them to ask if they and their staff are SIA registered..
