A bit of fun for you all.
I was in the garage having a beer while working away. I had a new beer to pop.
Soo, what garage tool did I use to pop a lid off of a glass bottle? I used side cutter and nearly cracked the glass! I don't think it was the
right tool but it worked.
What the tool should I have used?
What garage tools have you used for non garage jobs?
I used a 3 foot long 3/8" socket extension bar with blue roll ducktaped to the end to clean up vomit from the house radiator fins.........my toddler had a tummy bug....😑
Had to cut through some floor boards, no room for the circular saw so put the blade in my 9" angle grinder. Took some holding but I still have all my fingers!
I use side of vice for opening bottles. More satisfying then levering the lid off
I used to use my engine hoist to lift this 5" gauge steam locomotive in and out of my trailer - without the hoist it took 2 strong people to lift
it, not good when you're trying to lean over the side of the trailer.
In a similar situation I've used a ring ended spanner to remove a beer bottle top.
Used my car to pull out a stubborn pampus grass shortly after moving in.
