Throttle bodies respaced with aluminium turned spacers and fuel rail connections
Custom CNC’d fuel rail inlet and return
Custom CNC’d adapters to mount to Webber Zetec manifold (tapered to match IDs)
Webber Zetec-E cast DCOE style manifold
Injectors from GSXR 1000 ~270cc/min
Vacuum take off
Secondary butterfly’s removed and blocked
Velocity stacks from GSXR 1300 TBs (two sets used to make one set of the longer middle ones)
ABS back plate mounted to velocity stacks in same way as air box would fits pipercross filter
Jenvey Aluminium backplate undrilled included also.
Silicone hose used to join throttle bodies to adaptors
Adapter joined to DCOE manifold with o ring seals (machined groove in face)
Original throttle position sensor
OEM injector and throttle position sensor connectors and cabling (Mande up from new connectors not salvaged)
Cabling has 1m+ on each wire in twisted pairs

Basically the whole injection setup to boot on with a gasket (not included) and run to your ECU and fueling.

Hi ya, Am interested in the gsxr velocity stacks, what lengths are they as my bike carbs don't have any so I don't know what is the best length, also could you give me a price for the sets including a delivery unless your anywhere near the south east of England

Hi, I’m only selling the complete setup as pictured all together. I have some velocity stacks kicking around but maybe one short of a full matching spare set. The setup listed uses the longer inner pair from two stock setups to replace the slotted type that came with the GSXR 1000s.
