i haven't fitted the shocker mounts yet as I'm not sure what to do for a back end yet,
or if to put this axle on this car ( as i bought it for the other car)

the trailing arms are only for size

R U building a Barbie car?

MikeR - 19/12/06 at 08:14 PM

I guess thats standard sierra width drive shafts. For those interested i believe John will do escort width - but you'll need to get shorter drive shafts (either from GB engineering (specially made) / Stuart Taylor (cut and shut) / somewhere else)

Looks 'nice' in the way only pink can. How much does the de-dion beam weigh?

ch1ll1 - 19/12/06 at 08:17 PM

not too sure, jroberts will know!
as for pink its not quite pink its a funny shade of purple,
which dulls down to a nice shade of purple

or it did on my last car ( fingers crossed )

3GEComponents - 21/12/06 at 08:26 AM

Mike's right, there is also an Escort width one that does require new driveshafts to be made.

Weight wise, including all the packaging for posting the Escort width one came in under 10kg's, the sierra width ones a bit over.

John.
