Hi, hope everyone is well considering these strange and worrying times, can anyone advise on equipment that can be purchased to set camber and tracking on my kit car build?

I have done it using tape measure, string, lengths of metal (rather than wood)
Camber gauge a simple bit of plywood with a bit of string and weight.

All very simple, plenty of DIY guides out there. And you get to actually measure what you are doing. And it costs nothing....

I use a digital angle gauge and angline for camber and fishing wire and two lengths of conduit with grooves cut in them seemed to work well. Level ground is the most important thing.

I also use a digital angle gauge for camber.

If you place it on a chassis cross member and set it to zero you can measure camber angles even if the ground is not level.

Any device that has a bubble in it does rely on the ground being level.

I made a tracking gauge exactly like Pauls in the two pics above, although I did add two horizontal feet each end
to stop it falling over

I also bought one of the following, for castor and camber, and it was an excellent purchase, and been used on my old 7 and
a couple of friends cars

Good point on the digital angle box/gauge. I bought an ebay cheapy one to measure prop angles (yay, 2 days work and down to 3 degrees) so I can use that for camber/castor. Should be easier than my bob weight.
