Slight error in your link - there's an unwanted space in "octobe r"

I will leave it as is, as it shows the full url,

one of the first pages is a version update, indicating the sections that have changed, and if they are a change in required standard, method of inspection, or rewording/admin changes.
I didn't see any material changes that might affect our cars. but as always, please read it for yourself.

No, no major changes.

Easiest way to check if via the version control notes on pages 5-7 of the pdf.
