No chassis damage as best as i can see,just need a few bits of suspension,wheels,tyres,time money etc,etc

Snap. Barkstone. Lifted off when the tail broke away. Snapped back and spun the other way.

looks like you got intimate with the kerb, at least your ok and the car will mend. just put it down to experience.

Yes... But the components are doing their job in an accident. They are absorbing the impact, and lessening the forces being transmitted to the main passenger cell / cockpit.
