ideas please on indicator switch solutions when using paddles.lucas self cancelling type considered for dash mount but i suspect you cant turn it
on/off quickly(ie. you must let it run)
other idea typical manual lever switch mounted to center of steering wheel.
ideas please and any pics?
If I was doing it again I think i'd look at how a motorbike system works that self cancels after a set time.
The sierra self canceling doesn't seem to work that well as you don't turn the wheel far enough, thats the only reason I can think of that
ours deosn't work very well.
And you can't hear the flasher realy clicking and often can't see the indicator light flashing thus leaving them on to the annoyance of many
other drivers lol
yes i know what you mean with sierra self cancelling-have thought about bike switchgear but mounting is a real issue.
I've used Durite switches and can operate the indicators and full/dipped beam without taking my hand off the wheel.

Unfortunately it won't fit between the column and scuttle without obscuring the shift lights. This is as close as I can see it without moving my
hand off the wheel and out of the way.

How about making your own selfcanceling relay.
Take a optical sensor and put a disc with hole(s) on the steering column.
Cheers
