There's a couple of pics of my home made one and a Tiger one (on the black Avon) on my website above.
It's hard to bend/shape the uprights, but the rest is easy.
Pat...
it looks nice think i might have to see if i can get one
Hi,
I've got the areoscreen on mine.
I used the same uprights as are supplied for full screen and cut them down. I agree they are a bit of a pain to shape.
The Perspex screen from Tiger is supplied 'rough cut' so you will need to trim it down. Once you have it to shape you can radius and smooth
of the top edge using gradual grades of wet&dry. Then finish using some fine cutting polish.

very nice
what about the rubber at the bottom is that what you put on or got with the kit from tiger?
Yes, the rubber strip is that same as used for the glass screen. Tiger supply it. Once I was happy with the positioning etc, I bonded it into place
with "tiger seal" ( A trade name nothing to do with Tiger Racing) You don't want it to flex out of the seal when your at "warp
factor 5!!"
I used the ali channel (again supplied for the glass full screen) cut down and bolted to the uprights. I did mine flush but you could do it the
otherway and us domed nuts i guess.
Perspex is easy to shape but can also be easy to scratch. I would suggest using black and not the semi translucent type as scratches are less visible.
You may want to look at using Polycarbonate e.g. "Lexan" this can come with an anti scratch coating and will not shatter like perspex. This
would be more expensive though. (It is also possible to get it and Perpex laser cut to your required profile. You would get an absolutely perfect
accurate finish) - Just an option!! Good Luck
