Hello People.
I am building my chassis first, then dismantling my 2.0 sierra next.
In the book it says to check your engine and gearbox in the chassis and "move if necessary" the H tubes that are at the front of the
tunnel.
Please could someone with the above engine fitted let me know what, if anything I need to modify so that I can fit these tubes with a 2 litre pint and
type 9 gearbox.
They can be left exactly as per book and fit fine, you could extend the size of the N/S footwell if you feel the need. The engine bearers do need a
little treatment to clear the starter motor though

Brilliant, thanks for that Mark. It's out to the garage for me then. Seeya when I get back...;-) I may be some time.

I think that the starter motor might possibly be in the way. might not though, so possibly could be changed.
