what the F*CK have i done now???
thought i was bleeding the cooling system then thought it was a good idea to turn the key,
oil started p!ssing out from this bad boy here :

What on earth is it? what is its purpose?
and why cant i seem to screw the little c*nt back in? argh its one of those nights!

it looks like a blanking plug for the oil gallery.
don't know why it wont go back in unless it was staked in to start with and it needs a tap running down the thread to clean it up before
replacing the plug

Its the end of the oilway that feeds the exhaust camshaft bearings.Maybe the threads are damaged , i would remove it completely and check threads in
the head are not crossthreaded, if they are you will need to retap it and clean out the oilways

Its a screw, for screwing into threaded holes... A Torx one to be more specific...
Seriously, it looks like just a blank for the oilways.
