don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Is that the fuel pipe to the webbers coming from the breather bottle?... have you managed to get it to run on fumes?

Cheers guys, I'm pretty chuffed how its turned out,
wish it did run on the fumes from the breather
(you can just see the fuel filter at the carb)
have fitted a bike fuel pump, instead of the usual facet redtop jobby , works fine,
not been on the road yet, but I did jack up the rear wheels and get into 5th gear on my drive

built a car, built a home, had a family. lost the family, lost the home, still got the car.

Very nice job!
A LONG way back!!
Should be very nicely balanced at that!
Let us know on the comparison to the pinto..............
(have a sneaking suspicion on the answer having driven pinto and XE sevens!!! )
Retro RWD is the way forward...........automotive fabrication, car restoration, sheetmetal work, engine conversion
retro car restoration and tuning
