Weld the two bell housing together with care f they are ali
Here's mine, Rover V8 onto Audi box
Its then sorting out the clutch.

what about the spigot bearing and the shaft wouldent the shaft not sit in the spigot bearing if i added an inch on to the bel housing some thing like
that

You need to have a measure up, this method used to be used to fit fiat twin cams into escorts years ago.
I am using the audi flywheel bolted to a rangerover flex plate
