cheers guys.... keep them coming....

i had ordered a tiger 32mm pipe with 2 15mm take offs - for the bottom hose. I was not gonna use it because of space, but i decided to cut it in half and take a 4cm chunk out of it.

im really greatful for the pictures.

Is that a specially made takeoff from the block Matt and does it have a thermostat in the system? It looks simple enough to be trouble free.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I did the same with the Tiger pipe, also allows you to twist it to give a better angle for the pipes.

Use the standard thermostat housing and stat.

Here's ours, not quite finished at the time of the pics.
We're using a Micra rad, inlet and outlet are at different sides to the Polo rad.

Hi yep just an alloy plate with a 28 mm hole to reduce the flow suficently. Then the runs to the header tank with the input from below then turned up at 90deg to allow water air seperation.

Then straight down to the rad and out again to the block.

For road use it would pay to incorporate a thermostat in to the system but for race use its not needed.

cheers matt
