WANTED starter motor ID

I know the starter on the left is the cvh sierra as used for the zetec type 9 fitment, i'm searching for the ID of the middle starter which has the same bolt pattern but has the solenoid on the opposite side.
I'm thinking it might be from an auto DOHC sierra granada/scorpio,cant remember if my old granade had the starter bolted on the drivers side and just looking for confirmation.

The middle starter is a Bosch unit with numbers 070 then 0 001 108 064 on the starter and 0 331 303 140-640 on the solenoid.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks Rescued attachment starter motors0822.JPG

My Bosch catalogue has that down as an E36/E34 M50 BMW starter.

The solenoid is for most mk3 Fiestas.

but............the pics are different.

the first one has a 3 bolt flange and dave's has a 2 bolt flange.

you absolutely certain on those numbers bob?

i'm sure it's worth a lot more as a bmw starter, but not if the flange for the 3rd bolt hole fouls something.

Good spot tom re holes (bob pulls pants up) BUT the book is normally pretty accurate, i'm sure it must be a BMW unless it fits both.

Anyway i dont need it so its up for offers, would be nice if i knoew the exact fitment though as i cant really advertise it.

I'll wait and have a look at dazzas beemers as he has a couple on the go i think.

After another look i have noticed some more numbers on the business end (silver part) 1005 821 241 if this helps.

The numbers i gave earlier were from the motor part and solenoid.

Could be from a Left Hand Drive MT75 box, they had clutch and starter on the opposite side.
Rgds.

It does indeed appear to be for a LHD MT75 equipped DOHC vee-hickle

CLICKY

Naturally none of my catalogues have it in so I had to resort to googling it. Not a single Enrish page anywhere...

Wouldn't that fit the ali RS bellhousing that has two starter pockets?

Failing that, I'm sure it'd sell to one of our foreign members.

Otherwise, if it's good, get a scrap starter and swap the nose housing over, as that's all that's different.

Good thought re RS ali bellhousing, since its a new unit i might see if a RHD unit turns up and swap over as you say.

Anther one for the list of winter projects along with change cams get the chopped zetec sump welded, its never ending
