cooling again sorry (just making sure ive got the right idea)
hi guys i know its been covered before but just checking im sorting the problem out. this is how i have it now
when the engine is running and i put on a few revs the water fills the header tank
its a x-flow 1.3
you can see the header is plumbed into the heater side of things

Hi
I had a very similar problem which I believe i've solved by reconfiguring my plumbing to look like this.
Revised xflow plumbing
Obviously, as you can see i'm not running a heater but the solution was to T the header tank into a low pressure section of the coolant flow.
Cheers
Gary

The bottom header tank hose should tee off the bottom rad hose.
