Vauxhall XE water pump sensors

Hello,

I want to connect my water temp sensors to my MSnSE system and my smiths gauges and I noticed that the XE seems to have 2 sensors. Can I use sensor A for the ECU and sensor B for my smiths guage by any chance? Rescued attachment water pump.GIF

A is your coolant temperature sensor (CTS) for the engine management system B is the temperature sender for the temperature gauge . So yes you can if the resistance of B matches the requirments of the gauge
