Ford pinto carburetor Questions
Can someone tell me on First pic what this connects to please and on 2nd pic can someone confirm that there is not meant to be something attached here
or is something missing ... Cheers Paul

I think the earlier DGAVs had another diaphragm on the bit shown in pic 2. IIRC it was an anti-stall device. Later versions did without it, but the
casting stayed the same, making it look like something should be there.
As Robocog says, does it leak fuel? If not you should be fine.

I not tried it yet to see if it leaks ... It looks like it does nothing but just wanted to confirm this ...
Not sure what the other bit is for though .. the black pipe you can see in photo is the crankcase Breather ... Thanks for help though

Thanks for help .. Hoping to get it on and engine started soon. but the 10 min job that still needs doing somehow turns in to a 7 hour job ..
