plumbing for 16v vauxhall

looking at front of engine( timing belt pulleys) top right hose goes to top radiator, left side halfway down block to bottom of radiator, in this hose try to incorporate a smaller pipe which runs to the main output feed in header tank( bigger the better, sierra tank ideal). The smaller pipe in header tank goes to outlet in manifold. Try to keep header tank as high possible on bulkhead.
I have this setup on my MK with no problems.

pumbing for 16v vauxhall

hi billy
i'm afraid my digital camera's f****ed at moment... so no pics.
The only real problem is extending the pipes and getting the right bends in the hoses( i went to local scrappy and got a load of different shaped hoses including a one with a smaller hose coming out at right angles, which goes to header tank) there is like this hose on a sierra engine. I found some ali pipe to extend hoses.
The outlet at rear of xe engine can be blanked off, either with plumbers brass tapered plug(1/2'' BSP)soft alloy can be tapped, or tight fit core plug.
hope this is some help.
