What is this hanging on to my zetec?
i have this box with metal pipes that run round by the exhaust manifold on my zetec 1.8 from an escort xr3i. i am trying to find out what it is, does
anyone have a clue? the picture is not very helpful i know, will try and get a better one if its required. i know that i could prob find out what it
is if i had a haynes manual, but have not yet aquired one.
i want to remove this, whatever is it as it will be in the way of the install. i am using a standard ecu and loom for now, so don't want to
remove anything that will stop it working!
hope someone can help. many thanks

That looks like the bottom of the breather box.. Thatl be a breather pipe. You can get rid of that and replace with a box off an auto which is alot
smaller.
