Radiator Mounting

Hi All,

Just wondered if anyone has got any piccy's of the mounting brackets for the radiator. I'm trying to mount my Micra Rad to my Indy chassis.

Anyone got any advice on the positioning of the radiator?

TIA

Scott

Hellfire - I'm just trying to do the same job and it's driving me potty

Looking at your pic and on your website I see your top mounting brackets are bolted to some metal brackets on the top corners of the rad. Are these brakets part of the rad or did you make them? How do they attach to the rad?

Also looking at your bottom right mount (looking from the front of the car), you've used the plastic 'pin' on the rad body to attach to your mount. Have you done the same on the bottom left? My Micra rad doesn't have a lug on that side!

Any more photos would be much appreciated

Also, I assume you have ditched the Micra's expansion tank and used a seperate one?

Cheers

Nick

PS - once I get the rad sorted I'm ready to try and get the engine running

Me too.

Until that is... I couldn't get it into Ned's GTS nosecone so cut off the upper off-side mount and just did it to the small plastic one there.

HTH,
James
