CBR1000RR oil take off and cooler specs
Does anyone know the thread size on a cbr1000rr oil filter and whether one of the sandwich plates linked below would be suitable?

Additionally what size of oil cooler is suggested (for a mix of road and track)? I’ve seen 25 row 235mm mentioned in a couple of places.

I'm building an AB Performance Arion at the moment - and Andy Bates supplies a 25 row 235mm oil cooler as your own research has suggested.
The Fireblade oil filter has a M20x1.5mm thread - so that version of the oil cooler sandwich plate should suit quite nicely.

Yes he’s a big loss to the BEC world that’s for sure. He’s over in the Greek Isles now after having had enough of the UK - who can blame him after the
past couple of years!

No problem at all mate. I guess you’re looking for one like Andy produced? You should still be able to get one from Arion Denmark - I can always
measure mine if you need any help with fitment checks.
