zetec idler pulley
Has anyone found a spring loaded pulley yet?
Seems everyone is using a simple bracket..
Gotta be a spring loaded pulley to fit or mod out there..

Everyone uses a fixed idler with adjustment on the alternator...

Just wondering if i'd missed a new approach - fix ..

I had something similar on my boat. This came of a refridgerated truck and it worked well but was only a single V belt. It was just like a miniature
trailer suspension unit, rubber in torsion.....

Yeah just use the original one as fitted to ford focus etc.
ALTERNATOR BELT TENSIONER PULLEY FORD FOCUS INCL C-MAX MAZDA VOLVO C30 S40 V50

Does that fit a Zetec e as that looks like it's for a Duratec bassed engine ?

Hi used one of these fitted to lug below alt mount in first picture.
 
tensioner pulley
Citroen Peugeot 1.9 D, 1.9 TD, 2.1 TD, 2.0 HDi idler pulley
