duratec bearing clearances

Hi everyone. I'm rebuilding my duratec and I'm just checking the bearing clearances. On the main it was even all the way with 0.050 mm but the book says between 0.019 and 0.035. I'm doing all this in a garage that's about 3 degrees Celsius and I believe the numbers given in the book are room temperature. So would you expect this at these temperatures?

I re did it with a slightly warmer temp and also changed the torque settings as I was not using a lubricant (burton websote says to torque to 70 lbs/ft not 65 without lube) and ended up within tolerance of the higher acceptance.
