Zetec Thermostat Housing
Hi All,
After having 2 plastic thermostat housings crack on me and Ford wanting 90 quid for a new one and I couldn't afford the Raceline version I
decided that I had to have a go and make something more suitable especially as I use the car for touring and didn't want to go around scrappies
abroad. The bits cost 20 quid and now assembled they work very well with no change to the cooling of the engine.
I will attempt to add some pics but if they don't work they are available in my photo archive.

That buggers not gonna crack! I'd just move the temp sensors to head side and happy days, nice job, one day I want to be able tig like your
mate!
Thats probably going to be my next winters upgrade.
