Very nice, and most refreshing to see a manifold that doesn't have sharp 45 degree pipe joins in it.

I had a look at a bike carb manifold on the GBS/Lolocost stand at Stoneleigh, and nearly cut my finger after running it down the inside. Only fitting a cork in the end could reduce airflow any further!

nice work.

unless my eyes deceive me, enigne looks like Ford crossflow and I see that you have blocked off the waterway in the head.

any reason for that?

my understanding was that that needs to be plumbed to the side outlet of the water pump to allow water flow prior to thermostat opening.

where ahve you connected the water pump outlet?
