Duratec - Exhaust Side EGR...

Blanked off the EGR port on the inlet side... easy enough!

How the bloomin eck does one 'deal' with the port on the exhaust side? Does anyone offer an off-the-shelf solution'

Dont bother. I only blocked the inlet side to stop crap collecting in it.

Remove the egr valve from the back of the head and cut an ali plate to fit in its place. Then leave the exhuast side as it is as the normal manifold flange covers the hole anyway.

Or if you are really bothered just hammer a core plug into it. Or drill and tap the hole for a blanking plug.

Lol... think I need my own Flak Monkey helpline!

Was just speaking to Raceline regarding something else before you replied and they don't do anything with it either (even on their sooper-dooper tooned engines!). So if it's good enough for Flak and RL, then it's good enough for me!
