who would like to make this for me?

i made this (badly)
Description
Description

as a working model of what i need. all the tubes are in the right place, the angles are correct etc, it fits and so do the carbs, but i couldn't weld it, and the tube sizes are wrong.

wondered if anyone on here could redo it for me with the right size tube (whoever does it might need to have access to a tube bender, as i couldn't find any tube with the right diamenter)

i've got the flange plate already so can send you it to make the rest from

anyone?

ah, yes, i knew i'd miss something important

the inside diameter should be 1.6" (about 41mm) to match the carb choke. the carbs are zx9r

Shouldn't you make the tube OD the same as the OD of the carb otherwise you are going to have fun getting some tube to fit the 2 together

possibly... ? i don't knw, i know nothing about manifolds

the tubes i made the one oin the picture from were 1.75" i think, which is the same as the o.d of the carbs, it seemed a bit too big though, and a fair bit bigger than the inlet ports on the head, though they could do with smoothing some of the corners out.

also i though beading the edge of the tubes was the way to match it all up and give a good seal round the rubber connection?
