Today, I managed to change the R1 Clutch to a Barnett one with uprated springs.
I also fitted the Sump baffle.
I still have the reverse starter kit to fit and a clutch slave cylinder.
Watch this space!

No, it is a seperate starter motor.
I have to get the nut off that holds the output chain sprocket.
In the kit is a cog with teeth like a ring gear and it has an internal thread, the same as the sprocket nut.
In essense I will end up with a cog piggy backing the sprocket.
An aluminium bracket holds the starter in place.
I bought it from lynx racing for £340. Not cheap, but nor is a reverse box.
My car will be a chain drive middy, so this kit will not suit a prop driven car.
Maybe a sprocket for the propshaft?
