Im plumbing my cooling system the same as the picture.

The little bleed pipe on the top of the rad, Am i correct in saying this should go back to the top of the expansion tank??

The tank im using has 2 small inlets at the top so its easy to do..

Yup that's how I'm doing mine - should be finished this weekend.

I'm also connecting it via a T-Piece to the top of the thermostat housing then into header tank

Good good. where u getting your pipes from to do it all with?? Im having trouble and dont want to buy samco.

The small bleed pipe on the top of the rad can be blanked off with a small bolt. I just remove the bolt when filling to bleed the rad and replace once coolant flows out.

Im using a Polo rad btw.

Where are these bits from??

All Westfields with a zetec and the Polo Rad blank off the top bleed nipple on the radiator as previously stated.
