The picture is the engine mount removed from my Avon, the car has done 2,050 miles since new. These mounts were supplied with the kit. It could have been a whole lot worse I suppose.

I noticed it as my engine had dropped at one side.

Maybe worth checking your mounts if you have a Tiger.

I got the same ones they do look a bit flimsy dont they.

That looks like stress caused by the weld. It might pay to make the mount plate out of 5mm and leave a bit more space round the tube so it's not near the edge.

Is that 3mm plate?

I have already repaired it, it wont happen again thats for sure, I think I maybe went a bit OTT with repair

I think the plate is 2 or 3mm
