make your own

form a cone of steel to that the minor dia is your outlet then inlet size can then be hammer formed to size over a former made of steel bar

make em like this, pretty neat and tidy. Easiest way i have found on a DIY basis.

just add that you need to linish the outlet end flat after opening up the split.

Pipecraft (Lancing, West Susex) are very good, really pleased with what they did for me.
Talk to the production manager Andy Woods on 07961 901580, don't use works phone number.
Not local to Milford haven but the parts you are after are relatively small so post should be reasonable.

A phone call and faxed/e-mailed drawings would probally do the trick.

But a bit more work, easy with a holecutter and it hides your weld. Push your tubes through a bit and weld from behind and the shape fits in the top of your opened out tube and welds in. Rescued attachment exhaustcollect.jpg
