can anyone tell me the best non hydraulic release bearing to use on a zetec with type 9 box and part no if possible i think i read somewhere a while back the quinten hazell part no was ct133 but nobody has been able to cross reference this for me any advise ta ,

CCT133 I think. Deeper than the sierra type 9 release.

Depends what clutch pressure you are using CT132 is the standard Sierra 1600 type 9 release bearing
